Below is our complete policy. Thank you in advance for complying and supporting our small business! These are in place to ensure that we stay in business, protect our staff, and are able to provide you with the best service possible.

BOOKING POLICY:

As of April 2024:

Booking for all in-studio services must be done online at facespacenj.glossgenius.com with a valid card on file.

You won't be charged until the end of the service, except where a deposit applies.

Weddings & Events:

To inquire for makeup for your wedding date, email weddings@facespacenj.com

All on-location and event bookings require a signed contract and nonrefundable deposit to secure your date.

You can book a trial before securing your date with us! Please inquire about availability for your date before booking your trial.

PAYMENTS:

As of April 2024:

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Credit Card are accepted.

All Credit Card Transactions will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Gratuity is accepted and appreciated, but never mandatory.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

As of January 2023:

Please cancel / reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied otherwise without notice.

You can cancel / reschedule online via the link in your appointment confirmation, or text the studio: (973) 797-9792.

After violating this policy 2 times, you will be charged for 100% of the service.

If you cancel your appointment more than 3 times for any reason, you may be prohibited from booking online without notice.

Deposits and gift cards are non-refundandable non-transferable.

PLEASE RESCHEDULE in 1-3 weeks if you are sick or have had recent exposure to COVID. If you can’t reschedule within this window, you will be charged a cancellation fee, will not be able to apply the fee towards any future balance, and will forfeight any deposits.

REFERRAL POLICY:

As of February 2024:

Refer a new client and get a complimentary brow wax!

Exact terms: 

For each new client who receives a service as a result of your recommendation, you’ll receive a complimentary Brow Wax session (30 minutes). 

This is valid for all of 2024. Complimentary Brow Wax sessions must be redeemed in 2024.

In other words, if you refer someone who’s never been to Face Space before, and they receive any service with us, you will get one free brow wax. We will gift you a brow wax for each new client you refer in 2024. You have all of 2024 to redeem your brow waxes! Simply ask your referral to mention your name when booking their appointment online (they will be asked where they found us). To redeem your gift, book your Brow Wax online after your referral receives their service, and shoot us a message that you’re redeeming your referral gift.
